Customers are able to drive by a CRES listing, find it on their smart phone and immediately view details and photos.

Several successful marketing tools that are important to our clients have not changed from the beginning. One key resource is the weekly ad including their home in the TEMPO, a publication that has 20,000 circulation weekly. Also, open houses every 3-4 weeks is still an important marketing tool for CRES. The weekend continues to be a prime opportunity for buyers to view homes through open houses as well

as private showings. After 15 years, CRES continues to be

a full service company and a stable real estate force in area communities, always striving to meet the needs and goals of sellers and buyers. With a solid team in place, CRES will remain a dedicated real estate leader for many years to come.
