Chilton Progress briefs 2014
Rural Insurance adds new agent
Eric Mueller recently joined the staff

of Rural Mutual Insurance in Chilton as a new agent.

Mueller has a degree in Finance with a minor in Insurance from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. “Eric is a very outgoing person and very knowledgeable also,” said Randy Pingel, who has been with Rural Mutual for 12 years.

Located at 18 W. Main St., Rural Mutual Insurance is an all-lines agency with property and casualty insurance along with life and health. “We have a great farm product along with a very good commercial product also,” Pingel said. “Life insurance is an always-needed product as well.”

Pingel added, “Our goal is to keep all current clients satisfied with where they are. We also would like to entertain quoting other personal homes and autos, farms and commercial business accounts.”

Rural Mutual Insurance also has offices in Valders, Green Bay and Sturgeon Bay to better serve all its customers. The company has been named to the Wards Top 50 list once again. Wards is a group which analyzes the performance of more than 3,000 property-casualty companies.

In addition, Rural Mutual is a key sponsor of the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association, 4-H and many other organizations.

Supporting the Chilton office are Penny Hoerth and Pat Truttmann, both of whom have been with Rural Mutual for many years. Pat Zorn and Aggie Woelfel retired in the past year from the Chilton office.
