Customer relationships highly valued by Vande Hey Brantmeier

Businesses may earn all sorts of awards and recognition, but none of those honors tops the most important recognition of all—the support of the community

Since coming to Chilton in 1991, Vande Hey Brantmeier has made a priority of building relationships with its customer base by focusing on customer satisfaction.

In this, the dealership’s 25th year as part of Chilton and the greater Calumet County Area, Vande Hey Brantmeier puts a high value on the relationships it has been able to create in the community.

“It’s our job to provide excellent value for our customers and top notch customer service. And, it’s also important to be a good neighbor,” Justin Brantmeier, Vande Hey Brantmeier general manager said.

A tradition of service

The attention to customer satisfaction is something that partners Dave Brantmeier and partner Tom Vande Hey brought to their Chilton dealership when expanded their Fox Valley business to in 1991. That was the year the partners bought the GM and Chrysler franchise in Chilton.

Today, Vande Hey Brantmeier has two dealership stores and a collision located on Chilton’s north side, along with it’s Pre-owned Superstore in Appleton. Chilton’s two dealership stores include the Chevrolet-Buick location and the Central Garage Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram store just across Breed Street.

New and used car sales and service are offered at both Chilton locations, along with complete service departments and shared access to the body shop’s services.

Together, the three locations put owners behind the wheel of 1,500 new and used cars each year.

Both Chilton locations offer Express Lane service for oil changes of all makes and models. Customers are encouraged to stop simply drive in to the Express Lane. No appointments are needed.

Knowing the customer

Brantmeier said the key to customer service lies with an experienced staff that numbers 65 employees.

“We have a great local work force that has the experience and the track record to take care of people properly,” Brantmeier said.
