Soon the business will work in quantity discounts as well as savings for simple re-orders.

Bella’s Custom Design is just beginning to dabble in the social media arena, with a newly established Facebook presence and inklings toward Twitter.

“Our goal is to have Facebook work for us and our customers,” he said.

Bella emphasized that the simple phone call to 894-3275 will still put the customer in contact with the Bella’s staff as quickly as possible.

“We may not be immediately available when we are on another line, but we will get back to people as soon as we can,” Bella said.

“We just need people to remember to leave a message, and we will respond as soon as we are freed up.”

Customers may also leave messages via email either for Randy or Dawn by just adding their first name in front of the @bellascustomdesign.commoniker.

Aside from its standard business, Bella’s Custom Design remains intricately involved with Road America. This will mark the 12th season Bella’s Custom Design is the event apparel provider for Road America. “Serving in that capacity launched us into a whole different aspect of printing and quality that has carried over to all of our customers,” Bella said.

This is also the eighth year of being on the planning committee and selling onsite at Quarry Quest in Neenah. A portion of Bella’s proceeds benefits local schools and organizations.

In addition, Bella’s Custom Design does an extensive amount of work with on-site printing for statewide swimming and basketball tournaments. “Those are real workhorse events, but they are good for us to be involved with,” he said.

Bella’s Custom Design has been offering silk screening at onsite events since 1999.
