Services like this is what it’s all about. In fact, last year, based on 6,500 customer responses in a survey, American Family Insurance was given higher ratings than any other insurer. This earned the company the top spot in the J. D. Power and Associates 2011 Insurance Shopping Study for Customer Satisfaction with the Auto Insurance Purchase Experience.

for customer satisfaction excellence, demonstrating the highest level of commitment to outstanding customer service.
The award was based on a customer satisfaction survey which measured customers’ overall experience with their current American Family agent. The agent had to meet or exceed the standards established by J. D. Power. This is the second time Cheryl has been recognized. “I am extremely proud of this award because it is based on our own customers’ experiences with me and my agency,” she said.
