Victory wins with design center, more
Multiple options at the Victory Design Center in Elkhart Lake provide a great advantage for customers.

Elkhart Lake has long been known for its natural beauty and charm, but also radiates with community pride, hospitality and strong Midwest values.

These same qualities inspired Victory’s “winning” business name and decision to establish an office in the vibrant community also known for its racing heritage. Located at 101 Lincoln St. in Elkhart Lake, the Victory Elkhart LLC office serves its three core business segments—building, development and realty. The business also houses the Victory Design Center, an impressive showroom of interior and exterior finishing products used in home design, from kitchen and bath remodeling to new construction.

Victory Design Center

The Design Center is a place where people can find ideas and inspiration for their living spaces. The gallery-like interior with its high ceilings, neutral walls and bright, natural lighting makes it the perfect setting for visualizing materials, colors, textures and finishes. Displays feature countertops, cabinetry, finishing hardware, millwork and Kohler fixtures. Exterior product lines include doors, decking, roofing, siding, stone and Pella windows.

Home improvement is hot right now, with many home owners adding value through kitchen and bath upgrades. Plus, many of the homes that were built in the 1980s and 1990s are now in need of refreshing. Trends in cabinetry and kitchen finishes come and go, and incorporating a new look into a remodeled space can often prove to be a challenge. Julie Sebranek, manager of the design center, says that one of her goals is to help people blend updated design and function into existing spaces. She says traditional styling is predominant in the area, especially in lake homes, which pay homage to the community’s Victorian-era roots, but material preference varies. “We’ve noticed that many of our customers are interested in upgrading materials, such as replacing laminate countertops with natural stone but the options are endless and you can tweak a traditional look by simply selecting a granite that pops with flecks of an unexpected, yet natural color.” Sebranek encourages people to create kitchens that suit personal style, but also hold timeless appeal. The design center features a full range of countertop products including Corian and HI-MAC solid surfaces, Artisan granite, Zodiaq and Viatera quartz and custom granite selection services.
